Together
Someone in your corner.
ADHD can be hard to explain on a hard day. Together lets you share a small slice of your day with a partner, friend or family member — enough to say “go gently today” without explaining.
What they can see
Only what you switch on, for each person.
- How your day went, as its color and your word for it
- Whether you’ve checked in today
- Your energy, if you turn it on
- A note on how to help today, written for them
- That an appointment is coming up, if you turn it on
What they never see
- Your medicines or doses
- Your notes, logs, examples or sleep
- Anything from before today
- What time you did anything, or where you are
- Whether you’ve opened Trace
You’re in charge
- Pause any time. To them, a paused day looks the same as a day you didn’t check in.
- Stop, and the pairing is deleted. Neither pausing nor stopping sends a notification.
- Up to three people can follow you.
- What you share is end-to-end encrypted. Our server passes it on but can’t read it.
For the person in your corner
They download Trace and choose partner mode. It’s free, and they don’t keep a diary. They can send you a hug, up to three a day, and you can turn hugs off.
Inviting someone
Inviting someone needs Premium. Joining is always free. A pairing made while you’re subscribed keeps working if Premium ends.
